CorStone, a Bay area provider of specialized support services for individuals and groups facing life crisis and conflict, was seeking to refocus their service offering, develop a new brand identity and communicate their unique value to many audiences.
This objective marked a strategic shift for CorStone. They had become a more comprehensive provider delivering more effective, leveraged services with higher impact at lower cost. And the proven tools and methods they had developed were tailored to meet the growing needs for crisis support services around the world.
The brand positioning and integrated communications campaign we developed for CorStone reflected this strategic directional change. It has been instrumental in helping them secure new, larger scale engagements that will have more impact for individuals and groups who need to foster emotional resilience for life crisis and conflict.
“When we initiated a strategic change process to reposition our non-profit organization to better meet the growing needs of our customers, partners and donors in communities and countries around the world, we faced significant challenges in communicating our value to these audiences. Paul Pruneau and his team at Teamworks Communications was instrumental in helping us redefine and articulate the value we offer. They were also incredibly adept in translating this value into a comprehensive brand identity, web site and marketing communications campaign that took us from confused and unfocused to clear and compelling. The results of their work will enable us to capitalize on new opportunities and ensure that we will be more successful in making a difference for those in need of our services.”
Steve Leventhal Executive Director, CorStone
We also developed and produced a complete set of targeted marketing communications vehicles to enhance consideration of CorStone’s services and to support donor, customer, and outreach needs.
