
Paul Pruneau
After earning decades of experience in multi-national advertising agencies, brand consulting firms, corporate in-house communications departments, start-ups and integrated marketing firms, Paul Pruneau founded Teamworks Communications, Inc. in 1995. For over 14 years, this award-winnning professional services firm has provided Fortune 500 and early stage companies with a seamless, end-to-end resource for defining, developing and delivering marketing communication campaigns that express customer value, build brands and create lasting customer relationships.
Teamworks offers a seasoned, highly-qualified marketing communications resource with a difference. Before founding Teamworks Communications, Paul developed his strategic and problem solving skills at a number of nationally recognized advertising agencies including Goldberg, Moser, O’Neill and Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco.
Paul was also one of two partners who opened the San Francisco office of CKSPartners where his contributions quadrupled the agency’s size and billings while gaining national recognition for the quality of work. Some of his brand experience there included NeXT, American President Lines, Magna Bikes, CoActive, IDG Publishing, and Simpson Paper.
While at Apple, Paul developed and refined an integrated approach to marketing communications as Creative Director responsible for the Macintosh product division. The results of his effort and the industry recognized team that he assembled helped Apple achieve the largest share of market in the company’s history while solidifying its position as one of the world’s most recognized and approachable brands. The communications he developed and produced also gained industry wide recognition for excellence in the category.
While in Southern California at Boyd Communications and at Design West, Paul gained early brand building, advertising and design experience with a broad range of entertainment and corporate clients including ARCO, Allergan, 20th Century Fox, Universal Pictures, CBS and Revell.
His work has been recognized and published internationally by leading communications organizations including The One Show, The Clios, Communications Arts Magazine, AIGA, The New York Art Directors Club, Graphis and many more.
Paul is an honors graduate of the Art Center College of Design and has been a long time resident of the San Francisco Bay Area.
